If the couple save up some money, I don't see why the guy can't undergo a phalloplasty and still achieve satisfactory sex for both parties.

The head is just really sensitive and makes it easy to orgasm, but it is not necessary to. Pressure alone could make it happen as well.

It happened accidentally.
How many here are able to shoot the sperm then giving yourself or your boyfriend a handjob if just allowed to stimulate half of the dick ? Leave the head and a bit more completely without any stimulation, try and see if possible. I think that would be a answer to my own question. Anybody who was successful or what happened ?
