Here's the deal. I'm a guy (27 years old) and I have a VERY good female friend (24 years old). We've been friends for many years and we often do stuff together. However, it feels like many people perceive us as a couple, people who do not know us of course. For example when we go out for a couple of drinks or when we travel together, it's very hard for me to attract any serious attention from girls. Almost all of them seem to think that my friends is actually my girlfriend. It has to have something to do with our behaviour. How do we avoid being perceived as a couple? Obviously we're doing something wrong...
