sooo nervous, help!

So I'm meeting my bf's dad today at 3 pm, I don't know what the plan is exactly all I know is that I'm meeting him. It's noon right now and I'm super nervous, I don't know what to wear. Any words of advice, maybe what not to do? I'm the youngest girl he's ever dated (he's 4 years older) so I'm nervous about what his dad will think of that...

I know race shouldn't matter either, but I'm asian and he's white and that makes me nervous also. My last ex's parents were the only ones I've met of the guys I've dated so I don't have a ton of experience meeting parents for the first time.

I think the girlfriend of a guy usually gets a lot more trouble coming from the mom than the dad. I wouldn't worry about it. Just don't dress like a slut and don't talk too much like Indignant said and he'll like you or at worst be indifferent to you

It's a bit to late but maybe for future reference:

My advice: be yourself. Don't pretend to be anyone else than you are. That'll backfire in the long run.

Act like you would act if you are with your friends or alone.

Honesty goes a long way.

So wear what you usualy would wear when going to your friends or so, and act as you would act when you are with your friends. In other words: be natural, be yourself.

It's funny because I met his mom yesterday, complete surprise. I kind of arrived at his place right as my bf did with his mom (I didn't know this). He came down to get me and we went up to his floor and right as we were about to walk in he was like "Are you ready to meet my mom?". I'm not sure if she likes me. And if she doesn't it would be bad since he is VERY close to his mom.

Anyway I guess things went pretty ok with his dad's side of the family, His grandfather said I was a doll and his dad told him I was really nice. *sigh of relief*

It went fairly good as I see it, his dad's side of the family was very nice. I wasn't expecting there to be so many people but i ended up meeting his dad's, step mom, grandparents, aunt and uncle. Just the usual conversations with school and such. I met his mom yesterday too but I didn't know I was going to until we were at the door of his apartment (this made me sweat bullets when he told me because I know he's really close to his mom). I'm not sure if she liked me. And well today, he wants me to meet one of his buddies from his university!

I do He told me as we were walking up the stairs to his dad's that I'm the first gf he's ever introduced to his entire family. I absolutely adore him. And I'm glad that him and I eased into a relationship instead of rushing into one, I've never done that before and neither had he.
