It is possible!
Don't expect anything.
I don't understand how people let their bodies take control to start with.
Here's to never coming close to that.

I'm sorry, but that guy didnt lose all that weight from exercising!! I went from 235 lbs to 157 lbs in 6 months and it was not easy at all. (Now I'm sitting at a comfortable 170 lbs)
This guy had lypo surgery or something, obviously. That's being lazy and cheating!
who said that americans weren't lazy cheaters??

Meh... visit Dallas sometime... the shock wears off from a few days of being there...

I've lost at least 10-15 kilos since I've came to Europe. It's easy. Just walk more. Stretch out every morning. Do a simple 6 minute exercise before leaving home.
Eat 2 meals per day.
The other day I had bratwurst with a biscuit and some pasta.
Today I had a fish filet with basmati rice and a toasted biscuit.
Sometimes I have fried beef marinated with soy sauce, with fried broccoli and corn. Or a baked potato. Or 2. Or 3.
Every now and then though, I delight myself with some homemade, deep fried french fries. Yum.
Or be homeless in Dallas for nearly three weeks... worked for me... I lost 15 lbs!
Edited to include:
But it was great exercise... walked at least 2 - 3 miles a day. Even had a few days where I had to walk 10 miles or more.
All negative stuff aside... I can't remember the last time I was this toned. I actually have abs again!... hehe...

Good for him! If he is happier for it, then job well done.
Whoever said it: of course he didn't do it all by exercise. I'm sure his diet improved dramatically. In fact, most ppl problems w/weight control are diet related (I think?).
Should start on the lady in the photos next.
Second thoughts can generally be amended with judicious action; injudicious actions can seldom be recovered with second thoughts.

All that skin was gross. It's sad that he had to get there, but good for him for fixing it. Hopefully his organs aren't so overworked that he can be healthy now that he has lost the weight. His complexion didn't look all that perky.
