Should my girlfriend have called me back??

My girlfriend and I have been dating for a few months now. She is a big baseball fan so I called her yesterday around lunch time to see if she wanted to go to a Mariners game either tomorrow or the next day. She didn’t answer her phone so I left a message telling her about the games coming up and told her to just let me know if she wants to go. She never called me back yesterday. Do you think she should have called me to tell me one way or another? She has always been slow getting back to me. I asked a co-worker of mine what he thought and he said you almost made it sound like to call back only if she wanted to go. I don’t want to wig out over it if it really isn’t that big of a deal.

I would have called you back. She has bad manners. Maybe somebody told her that it makes girls look desperate if they call guys back every time or something.

IMO, courtesy takes precedence over mind games.
