I rarely use instant messaging anymore.
In fact, I only ever really use it to keep in touch with a girl from Chicago I met on-line when I was 13, and the only reason why we started talking at all was because she's only a day older than me.

I use msn,skype and gadugadu
I'm in situation where to be able to talk to all of my friends I have to have those three things
I also used to use IRC when I was younger
If I use chatrooms it's just for fun with my friends We're fooling other people

No, really. None of the regulars ever used it. Some lurch-guy used to go in there, but he never really had anything to say, but then you'd feel guilty leaving him in there all by himself, so you'd get stuck in there a while.
