    see, there is a difference when you use the word, "legal". sure you're a legal adult, however, you're not legal to consume liquor. besides, when a 40 year old man approaches another adult, there is nothing that forbids him to do so.

    NyQuil + melatonin = sleep (in general)

    Add Ambien if you really have trouble, although that isn't over the counter

    I absolutely despise the taste of Nyquil syrup and avoid it at all costs. lol.

    Get the cherry flavored stuff. It still doesn't taste good but you can drink water right afterwards of course
