How to WOW a woman?

Well....its a complicated situation, but ill keep it simple...

I have a girl I'm friends with...and i want to keep it simple, but i want to be creative. We have a lot of history, and I know her like a book....but my problem is i want to think "Out of the box"...

Flowers wont do it...im thinking something creative, and at the time she isnt talking to me because of something stupid i did....So i want to say sorry in a way that will make her jaw drop.

I guess i am in a way romanticly interested in her, but I really want to keep it in a friends level. We havent spoken since last July....she means the world to me....But i dont want to cross that border...

I have a few ideas...but im looking for a womans perspective...

Any ideas?
