It's a small residential electrical company.
Essentially a one man show at the moment, his dad handles the financial aspect of things.
He's trying to get into solar panels since green energy is the new fad. He has a couple gutted houses that need to be rewired, and one new construction (pretty much the same thing). So I need to brush up on codes for residential wiring and installation. He also deals with some plumbing, so that was a one up for me when I told him I could sweat pipe.
Unfortunately it's only 3 days a week until he can decide whether or not he trusts me to work on my own. I'd really like 40 hours, but I'm still getting paid 12, so it'll suffice for now, until he either gives me more hours, or I find something to fill in those days, or I find another company that offers more hours.
We'll see.

Don't worry, I'm already on it.
I was hesitant when he said he couldn't give me full time, but I figure, I'll take this in the mean time, suck whatever knowledge I can out of him while looking for other jobs, or until my old company calls me back.
I'm considering school as well but that's another thread.
