    Do any guys..

Do any guys here cook for their girlfriends or wives?

I've always been the cook in my relationship, one reason being my girlfriend can't but also the fact that I love it and it relaxes me and all in all I couldn't imagine not cooking for her.

So just wondering if any other guys cook for their SO

I think I will be the cook and she will be the dish washer. Of course sometimes that will switch but for most of the time, that's probably how it will be.

I didn't with my last girlfriend, but i will with my next one. I kind of discovered cooking while I was bouncing back. My problem is coming up with something to make, I'm not terribly creative and I am simple with my food.

I made myself pasta with tuna and cheese melted over it for dinner. Works for me, has carbs and meat, my lifelines, but its not exactly impressive, lol.

Easy fixed mate, just invest in a cook book For those romantic dinners it's also good to purchase a European Cuisine book for some exotic meals.

My mum taught me to cook when I was 16 so I could at least fend for myself, as much as I hated it then, I'm so thankful now haha.

The missus and I quite enjoy cooking together, if we decide to move in somewhere we'd probably continue doing it depending on when we finish work. Put some good music on and get going.

I'm not a guy, but I want to brag. My husband is a chef and it is a huge part of the attraction. His food is good. Really good. I love that he makes dinner almost every night when most guys can't think of anything to put in a girl's mouth other than their own wiener.

I wouldn't even bother with the cookbook, honestly. Check out allrecipes and browse. You'll find all sorts of great dishes there. Once you've spent a couple of months cooking you won't really need recipes so much. At best they'll be a general guideline. That's when you can start tweaking and creating your own stuff.

My fiance has cooked dinner for me the last three nights because I had to work late. Our general rule is the one who's home from work first cooks dinner. If we get home at the same time, we do it together. It's nice.
