Well my gf of 10yrs gets very insecure of me when i ask her who is texting her on her cell.
I have always been honest with her and she claims nothing is going on. Her message get deleted right away, should i be worried?

You're the one who's insecure if you have to know who she's communicating with. On the other hand, it's also somewhat suspicious that she wants to keep it from you. Maybe she wants privacy, maybe it's something more. Since she claims there's nothing going on, why don't you believe her?

well she pretty much freaked out the last time I tryed to even use her phone.

I would say shes hiding something from you....but than again you been together for ten years without a major problem I guess? So I wouldn't get paranoid to quick.
