When I lived on the coast I used to jog a path that ran between the bay and a little saltwater lake. There were TONS of deer on that path. Flocks of them. I once caught a deer between the bay and the lake and chased her on my bicycle. I kept pace with her until we passed the lake, then she took a sharp left turn and disappeared into the woods. I could almost reach out and grab her tail.
