He's also a satirist.

The entire show is satire. It's humor. Colbert is actually an extremely brilliant man intellectually and politically. Obama is as much of a target as Bush was. Every president is.

I know it's satire. I guess I just don't see the humor in the recent jokes though. Probably because I don't follow politics.

with bush i could only listen to him for 2 seconds before i would get totally disgusted.

he said there is a lot of opportunity in the so called crisis we are in and i agree with him. he's so great.

It's definitely easier to listen to someone who's got substance rather than someone who tries to talk a bunch of crap to support shitty decisions.

Do you feel that if an individual is willing and able to mentally do well in higher education, they should not get that opportunity? What if the child's parent doesn't care about higher education?

the one thing that pisses me off is bailing out rich people. did you all know that after katrina hit, new orleans power company went under after they asked for a bail out and they were refused? that is irritating.
