...when you think back on something stupid you did - even if it was years ago - and actually physically cringe?
I had one of those moments today on the subway, and the guy sitting across from me actually got a really confused, scared look on his face. I think he thought I was threatening or making fun of him.
Anyway, please share.

I've had moments looking back where I was like I really did that? Like I am nothing like I was when I was younger, it was like a huge change for me. It scares me lol.

No, it was just at a very inappropriate time and place. It's happened more than once, like right in the middle of a big work meeting I just bust out laughing. Not cool.

Sometimes I cringe for what seems to be no reason at all. I do it maybe 2-3 times a day.
