It's game over before it even begins. It sounds mean, but online relationships crack me up.
That was the impression I got from reading your original post, that you may be sending her a few too many emails/IMs. I tend to agree with everyone else about the prospects of your online relationship (your views on this mirror mine of about 12 years ago but I learned my lesson), but this will apply to future relationships as well. Don't run to your computer/the telephone/a girl's house every time your stomach tightens with a swelling of emotion for her. You will smother her quickly. Rather, take a moment and breathe and do something else. Whatever you have to say to her will be more potent if presented less often and she probably won't get sick of hearing it that way, either.
This online relationship thing is baffling to me... I remember being eleven or twelve and having online "boyfriends" via neopets or other online games, but taking that sort of relationship seriously? I think not.
I'm not objecting to meeting online, but when I was fifteen and became interested in a guy who lived six hours away, even WE knew that it was best to wait until we met to start something exclusive.
