I think people respond because they can't help it sometimes. At worst they're like a nasty rash that you don't want to scratch, but it's irritating you, so you scratch the f-ck out of it.
yes.
no
i don't care.

I think sombra was mimicking your Freudian approach on things
Some of us also want to gouge our eyes out...
well, ok, I'm not that bad, but I do roll my eyes.
ok ok...i give in, i'll stop posting threads for a while

just for stats... 46 threads in two months
by all means, post threads. Threads that aren't all about every thought that crosses your mind.
It isn't so much about posting, as it is about what you post.
For your own sake, Ecojeanne, maybe you should take some of the things you post, write about them a little bit, and observe the world, rather than sharing it with us on here. Instead of posting your thoughts spontaneously, share your conclusions with us.

Tell me, DG. If someone came into your office & turned on the firehose, would you expect everyone to simply change into their swimsuits? Or would you turn the hose off at the source?
Now, running with that analogy. If we could convince the person w/the firehose to start pumping cafe lattes out of it, then the entire office would be please to queue up for some. I think this discussion has been very useful. Kudos for Miso for posting it, smart girl.
I don't mind her threads so much. Even the most pointless seems to foster a discussion on something. As long as she isn't flooding the boards with crap I say let her.

I was referring to the people voting yes
I think I agree with you.
The answer to your question is obvious to you; I'd turn the hose off; but let's correct your analogy, so it complies with what's happening on here:
If a hose was squirting water in a fixed direction in front of you, (assuming you don't want to get wet) would you walk under the line of fire, or would you turn off the hose? Exactly, the answer doesn't ****ing matter, unless you really have to do the limbo to squeeze your monkey ass under it, or the nozzle isn't within an arm's reach.
I mean, you know the hose is there, right? Sure, unless your a complete ****ing moron. You've been irritated by Ecojeanne's posts long enough, you should be smart enough to avoid her threads altogether.
This is ridiculous!
Eco reminds me of other annoying posters we had in the past. Remember Hugopickle? Lovelylady? The thing is, once they went away, things got boring. It's a tiny bit fun to have us all united in hate.
Of course, there are still one or two other posters that could take her place.
Anyway, I will vote no. Eco is like a human punching bag, and I need the exercise. But really, I don't care all that much one way or the other.
DG, you didn't understand the second half of my post. FWIW, I'm not personally irritated. I don't mind getting wet if I can get coffee in the end.
