It increases sensitivity for both sex due to the increase blood flow and muscle tone. Also good for incontinence.

That sounds like vaginismus. My guess is yes kegels exercises along with mental preparation for sexual intercourse will help a lot. The female needs to be psychologically relaxed and physically relaxed in order to have comfortable sex. Originally Posted by Mishanya
