Fun questions for your date

Folks, I would like each and everyone one of you to post a fun question that would make the conversation with your date more interesting and at the same time would make you find out more about your date.

Dating shouldn't be an interview process. You can ask 100 boring regular questions (Where do you live? Where do you work?), but still not know anything about your date as a person. I'm interested in opening them up and looking inside () ...and having fun in the process.

As an example, I like to throw in a "What would you really like to do if you had all the free time in the world?" just to see them go into the fantasy land. All kinds of things come out from that one simple question that paints an interesting picture of their personality.

This is my first post...hello everyone!!!

I would have to suggest asking questions to determine personality.

Example of a question to dertermine introverted vs. extroverted:

Q: If you were home one night reading a great book, and a friend called you and invited you to a great party while you were reading this great book. what do you think you would do?

A1: stay home and read the book (introverted answer)
A2: go with my friend to the party (extroverted answer)

Here are the different personality types:

1)Introversion vs. Extroversion

Introverts focus inward to their thoughts, reflections, and ideas to draw energy. Extraverts focus on the outside world and draw energy from people and their environment.
Extroverts

• are interested in what is happening around them
• are open and often talkative
• compare their own opinions with the opinions of others
• like action and initiative
• easily make new friends or adapt to a new group
• say what they think
• are interested in new people
• easily break unwanted relations
Introverts

• are interested in their own thoughts and feelings
• need to have own territory
• often appear reserved, quiet and thoughtful
• usually do not have many friends
• have difficulties in making new contacts
• like concentration and quiet
• do not like unexpected visits and therefore do not make them
• work well alone





2)Thinking vs. Feeling:

Thinking types decide based on facts, logic, and the intellect. Feeling types decide based on emotions and ethics.

Thinking types

• are interested in systems, structures, patterns
• expose everything to logical analysis
• are relatively cold and unemotional
• evaluate things by intellect and right or wrong
• have difficulties talking about feelings
• do not like to clear up arguments or quarrels
Feeling types

• are interested in people and their feelings
• easily pass their own moods to others
• pay great attention to love and passion
• evaluate things by ethics and good or bad
• can be touchy or use emotional manipulation
• often give compliments to please people

Perceiving vs. Judging

Judging types plan and organize information systematically. Perceiving types prefer to improvise and are open to alternatives.

Perceiving types

• act impulsively following the situation
• can start many things at once without finishing them properly
• prefer to have freedom from obligations
• are curious and like a fresh look at things
• work productivity depends on their mood
• often act without any preparation

Judging types

• do not like to leave unanswered questions
• plan work ahead and tend to finish it
• do not like to change their decisions
• have relatively stable workability
• easily follow rules and discipline

Sensing vs. Intuition


Sensing types focus on what's there--the objective world. Intuitive types focus on possibilities--the subjective world.

• live in the here and now
• quickly adapt to any situation
• like pleasures based on physical sensation
• are practical and active
• are realistic and self-confident

• are mostly in the past or in the future
• worry about the future more than the present
