I'm looking for some ideas for a birthday surprise for my sweetheart... I wanna do something special for her that she won't expect. I'm looking to do something a little more special than just surprising her with breakfast in bed or something like that... On my birthday she came to my house and filled my room completely with party balloons...

I want to surprise her but I'm just stuck on ideas... Any suggestions? I'd like to hear what you guys think... And I'm not looking for any kind of sexual birthday surprises...
