k well heres the thing i've been friends with this girl for at least 2 months and were both 17 and i really really like her and euhm well i allready asked her if she would ever go out with me and she said that if she didn't have so much history with this other guy and that if she could deal with her mom she would have gone out with me in a heartbeat.

and well she also told me that wouldn't be ready for a relationship

and she told me that she has 10 months of history with him and i ask how do i compete with that ?
