Dude, when I move out to Oklahoma with my brother, he's gonna help me get in shape.
I don't intend on doin' that crazy powerlifting stuff he does, but a bit of muscle won't hurt.
Chest Workout:
Bench Press 3 sets 8-12 reps
Dumbbell Incline Press 3 sets 8-12 reps
Butterfly or Pullovers 3 sets 8-12 reps
i myself kinda do a bunch of stuff and im not too sure of the names, but i go 5 times a week to the gym and typically lift weights for a good hour or two and i occasionally go on the treadmill. i hate running but i figure i should start now. been doing that for about 6 months and it feels great.

My brother is having me do these "crossfit" workouts. Basically cramming the most diverse workout into a short amount of time. I'm jumping right into it, and I'm paying for it.
I'm toning things down a bit because I need to be a presentable shape when I go in for interviews.
Speaking of which, I need to get clean shaven.
