    Ex-gf birthday..

My ex-girlfriend birthday is comin real soon. Should I or should I not get her a present?

Ours was a close-to-2yrs relationship and we broke up 6 months ago. We broke up twice b4 actually. 1st she dumped me and recently, I dumped her. Reason? Long story.. But I still love her deeply as she's my 1st ever gf. Her mom now disapprove of me being even just friends with her. Which means keeping in-touch. My ex doesn't know that I've talked to her mom and I've kept it from her cuz her mom said to just keep this conversation between us. Her mom said she would be grateful if I do as she says. Which is to leave her daughter alone and to ignore her if she's trying to reach out for me as in once in a while, she'd be sending me text msges. Okay-okay enough bout the brief introduction. I'll tell the rest of it in my next post.

Pls can anyone reply to my question?

What did you do that caused her mom to act like that? There's nothing jumping out of what you posted that suggests you're a bad guy or anything, but if you didn't do anything wrong... That just doesn't seem right

But I really don't know, sry

At 1st she dumped me and went for another guy. And so her mom assumed that I got back with her just to take revenge which is not my intention at all. Her mom saw her cry oftenly at home after our break-up and she doesn't like to see her daughter behaving that way. She blamed it on me instead..

R u sure? cuz i've told her(before we broke-up) that she'd get a present for her birthday. I don't know if she still remember it though.. During our 2yrs, i gave her presents for her birthdays. N btw, her bday is tomorrow. I'm confused.. really.. her present is with me and I dont know what to do with it..

You won't ever get over her if you keep allowing yourself to buy her gifts. You guys are broken up. That means no gifts.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

I wouldn't expect a present, and I don't see why you should get her one unless you're still friends.

No, do not give her a birthday present. It sounds like you don't have a lot of experience with breakups, but they generally mean that your entire relationship is over. No phone calls, no hanging out, none of that.
