what are some good exercises for building these muscles up?
i am sick of my flabbiness.
abs are almost where i want them, but they don't look good without obliques and sexy curves. i wish i had a roman chair, i have a cheap alternative (haha) that is to move the bed next to my dresser.
i do pushups, 1 arm presses, and curling with dumbells, but... don't laugh, my nipples are a little cony and it looks like ihave manboobs with some shirts i wear. i am not sure if it is a lack of pectoral muscle, or a little bit of fat that i need to burn down... or how to get rid of it.
please post some exercises that would help me.
