    Nah, that all depends on where one accumulates weight. If you are more pear-shaped, it's doable, even after giving birth.

    Look at Shania Twain, she's had a kid and she still disappears when she turns to the side. Or (more promisingly for me) my mom is totally lean and toned after 3 kids. please let me be the same, lol.

    I stand corrected! But you can't deny thousands of lazy women use that as an excuse to not tone it up.

    It depends on where a woman carries fat. If they carry it in their mid section like men, they will have a harder time after giving birth having a flat stomach, especially if they have multiple births or C-Sections.

    yeah I agree, it really depends. Some women probably do just get lazy, too- but that can happen to anyone, not just to women after pregnancy.

    one little thing to gain weight is to eat a bunch of food right before bed (if you can). being asleep slows down metabolism more than if you were awake, sedentary or not. with all the energy unused during sleep, it will be stored as fat.

    not saying that this will solve your problems, but just a little something to help you gain weight.
