sure, go ahead.. but i doubt they have a number for complaints.
wow, i am really disappointed with all this. being the co-owner of a web designing business, i can tell you folks that customers make the business. listening to your customers complaints and foreseeing change in the business to give them less reasons to complain will only build your company into a bigger, better company. not only could they have awesome products, but kickass feedback and reviews to go with it. right now i do not see anywhere on the website "apple shipping is da bomb!" or anything like that. they need some of that too and the only way they will get it is by putting up with service reviews and listening to the customers.
now i am sure they get their fair share of windows fanatics and überhaxorz who sit there and tell them that "ur stupid appelz sucks and u shud stop making" but they shouldn't completely remove their place of feedback.
