    My 89 year old grandpa stares at a light for about an hour everyday in the winter to alleviate his depression. If you live in a place that is naturally sunny, go outside and be in the sun. But your real problem here is not depression for undue reasons, but that fact that your situation sucks. So change your situation. Go about that task like your life depends on it, because it does.

    It's some special type of light the doctors told him he needs to look at. I forgot the name of it, but it is designed for depressed people to stare at

    i live in america. german is my secondary language.

    does it?work to me is a prison,i feel like a slave everytime i work for someone,i havent had sex for 2 years,i feel so horny but i cant do anything about it but to jack off,my hands are tired,im not fugly im just freaking overweight,i am 5'6 but 215 lbs.im too scared to even set goals,im weak.i feel like i have just had the worst,most unproductive and empty 2 years of my life,i dont know which way to go,i feel so alone and defensive and maybe paranoid at times.no one is with me,everyone is against me.my family disowned me.i feel dead even if i am still breathing.
