I dont understand if hes your boyfriend and youre going out why the hell wouldnt he kiss you back? Hes already starting every kiss why would you think he wouldnt want to kiss you if you start it? Dont worry and try not to think about it if you want this to be romantic then let it happen spontaniously dont go planning it out, and when you feel like kissing him go for it and i assure you he'll kiss you back.Just dont do it in public cause he may be the shy type.
