Lots of broccoli, aaaand, spinach, aaaand, cantaloupe!
I'm loving it, Fras. Only not the spinach. at least, not when i'm thinking of the preparation I know of. yugh.
here's some stuff I didn't know about Cantaloupes
bloody hell, spinach is, of course, loaded with nutrients. Maybe I can just throw it in a salad or something? just not soup, anything but soup.
I am so trying that, fras. thanks (:
edit; no kidding, I started drooling like a dog.. espeically when I found these. tho most of them are too complicated for me, i'll just stick with the salad.

usually the darker the green in a vegetable, the more nutritional value it will help. yes lettuce is a very good example. the common green iceberg lettuce doesn't do shit for your diet. it's basically water.
another good thing to eat is celery, they have basically no calories and they are all fiber. it takes more energy to digest it than it does to chew in your mouth, so why eat it? fiber is filling, helps you loose weight.

why is it that the easy things are crap and the more expensive things are nutritional? I call conspiracy.
hmmm.. so can you fool your stomach into thinking it's satisfied or does your body go "hold on.. what the heck are you eating? give me a mars bar!"?
you can fool our body to thinking it's full for a 2-3 hour period. then you're gonna have to repeat the process again. if you want a longer satiety period, you head to mcdonalds and fill yourself up on fat and grease which will hold onto that full feeling longer.

Hell yeah ... never stop eating. When you starve yourself, you lose more muscle mass ...
Building/toning muscle is probably the best way to get into healthy shape ... 1 lb of muscle burns 50 calories a day AT REST. That was the route I took last year and I lost 22 lbs between august and december ...
Scientifically, your body is only able to burn a max of 2 lbs of fat a week ... more than that and it's usually water weight and/or muscle mass ... that's why people gain weight back so fast after starvation ...
I don't know why I got so deep into it ... guess I'm just tryin to bust my skills .. hahaha

my body needs more than 2000 calories a day. i'm amazing, with all the drinking that i do, my weight never changes.

oh yeah, starving isn't good. weight lost that quickly comes back just as quickly.
a friend of mine was on the shot for a while, and she gained weight from it- she literally ate like two grapes a day, and still gained weight- her body just refused to burn/break down anything.. got very pale and faint instead.
I starved myself for about 3 months.
Exercised, ate little, what little I did eat was healthy.
Lost the weight.
Never got it back.
