I have known this girl ever since the 5th grade and I'm in the 9th grade right now and just today I asked her friend on how she thinks of me. Her friend agreed to do it and asked her, she said that she thinks im "nice" but doesnt have the "feelings" for me. I think this is absolute BS since she always stares at me and does the weirdest stuff around me and I know she likes me but I think shes scared of a relationship which I find pitiful. Just after she rejected me she started staring at me again acting though as if it never happend. What the hell should I do. Oh and when I got rejected I did not take it personally I calmly said "It's ok" so that might answer some you guy's questions.

I think you handled it very maturely, and if I were you, I would accept what she told you as truth. For whatever reason, she is not gonna date you right now, and she is probably worried she hurt your feelings.

BTW - 9th grade? Her parents probably won't allow her to have a boyfriend yet.
