Well, the way me and my bf do it is a bit different. We get really hot and heavy, so while were kissing we slowly take each others clothes off. Sometimes if he's really into it, he just undo's my pants and pulls them right off. lol!
Its not really something to worry about to much. Its one of those natural reactions that comes with intimacy...

I usually just wait until they're drunk and pass out. Then I pull their clothes off, and do my thing. Makes the whole process a lot easier.
