Drunk Driving Web Design

I offered to do my physics teacher's web site on drunk driving for free. However, the dilemma is color scheme. He wanted to do red and black at first, because he wants it to be something people are going to pay attention to (which is understandable), but I told him it lacks professionalism.

What color scheme do you guys suggest that implies professionalism and the same positive attributes black and red would give off at the same time?

Black,white, greens and yellows. This isnt my idea, dad used to design adverts and company logos. He said its hard to say without knowing your target but these are inpact colours designed to shock or cause you to remember. Poor old sod was half asleep, im in trouble when I go around tomorrow!

You can use red and black, just make the red a dark shade thats all. But it would help to know the general market/group the site is aimed at.

Yeah, I made it in 5 minutes tops. But...it looks really bad.
