    Reaction time

If you asked someone to go eat with you, or have coffee, etc., would their reaction/reaction time be telling of whether the person is interested or not? By this I mean, if you ask them to lunch or dinner or something, the person reacts a] quickly and enthusiastically or b] agrees after a moment to think about it.
If a dream comes true... then is it still a dream?

Don't worry about it. If they say yes, no matter the reaction, play your best moves.

they may be attempting to control those mentioned aspects of their reaction anyway, to give more of the impression they want to. Take note of their reaction, sure, but on it's own it means nothing.

Some people like to think things out before responding. Their response time may have nothing to do with you. Maybe they have to try and remember if they had another appoinment schedule or something like that. If the answer is yes in the end, then all the wait time never really mattered in the first place.

    I agree.

(and hello, prodigal! how have you been?)
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

If it were me, I'd react enthusiastically. Vashti would make you squirm.

It's not that. I'd be trying to remember what I had going on the calendar. The memory is beginning to slip, ya know.

Cocktails with ME at 5:00- you can totally make it to lunch with Prod and be home by three to whap Poolboy upside the head before heading to the Lizard Lounge to meet me.

Lmao, Giga! That was really funny xD

Thanks for the responses everyone. I have a tendency to overanalyze things. It's hard to control. The good thing is that I'm comfortable and natural though, so I'm not really worried either way. However, that does not stop my analyzation and curiosity, heh.

I think you're reading WAY too much into shit.

The girl could be hesitating for MANY different reasons, only a handful of which could have to do with you.
