She cant take the kids out of the state without his WRITTEN consent. She has to go to the courts and file it. Billy you have a way to keep the kids there...and you can tell her that. (Im sure its the case in Calie too) I had to get my sons fathers written consent(legal document) before I could move out of state.

But seeing youre situation-you do that, and it will cause a wave in your plan-she will be pissed youre not allowing her to move. I think she has to have probable cause for the move-job etc. So keep on top of that!!!
everything happens for a reason...beginning to wonder why.

    Horoscopes For Today: 4/21/2004

    Mine:
Ignore all the frantic activity around you and keep your eyes on the prize. Quiet persistence will pay off in the end. Now might not be the time to show off your pet project to anyone, either. Let your ideas sit and bake a little bit longer. There's more to this than meets the eye. Everyone knows that, but it's time that somebody demonstrated it.

    Robin's:
You are absolutely enchanted with someone, and today you begin to sense that the feeling is mutual. Don't keep your admiration hidden. Be creative with words or food. You will be in your element as twilight softens the contours of the day. Forget about laundry -- tonight is the night to let your imagination run wild.

I have placed all my faith into God in the past few months - Horoscopes are the way God seems to be communicating with me lately... I cant really explain it...

I just follow my horoscopes and everything turns out right in the end.

ok.. here goes .. this is devil's advocate here and I dont really believe this but .. its a view of this situation,

Calling a lawyer to keep her in the state becuase of this kids maybe a great way to keep her around but she may start to resent you for it. "you callled a lawyer??? To keep me here because YOU cant live with out me??" .. see.. I mean, I dont really believe that but you never know.. .. just thought I would point that out,

    Horoscope Compatibility:Aries vs. Pisces
When Aries and Pisces come together, their relationship is often mutually beneficial. Aries is a strong Sign who follows impulses without worrying about the consequences. Pisces is quieter, one of the dreamers of the Zodiac. In many ways they contrast and on the surface they may seem an unlikely pair. But when they care for one another, they are each able to fulfill the other's needs and have a fulfilling relationship.
Aries is a leader and initiator, and in a relationship with Pisces often becomes the protector of their more gentle partner. Pisces, in turn, gives Aries quiet understanding and a place to relax away from the pressures of Aries' hectic life. Pisces is a Sign that, like Water, fills whatever container it is poured into; they tend to give themselves over to their partners; they often understand Aries in a way that many other Signs don't. Aries' style of straight-shooting combines with Pisces' gentle understanding of other people to form a confidence and assertiveness that doesn't pass into arrogance -- the way Aries alone might act -- and isn't overly accommodating, like Pisces alone may be.

Aries is ruled by the Planet Mars and Pisces is ruled by the Planet Jupiter. Pisces is also ruled by Neptune. Mars brings action and energy to the Aries-Pisces relationship. Neptune is about big pictures, ideas, and illusions; but it's also involved with disillusion and fantasy. Aries can help Pisces bring fantasies into reality. Jupiter works through Pisces by putting a softer face on Aries' sometimes rash and brash style, toning it down.

Aries is a Fire Sign and Pisces is a Water Sign. Even though these two elements are opposite they can combine to make a great team by using emotion and physical impetus to get things done. Pisces can help Aries relax a little and learn to be more passive in approach, while Aries teaches Pisces to go out into the world and begin to take the kinds of risks that lead to real payoff. At times, Pisces can be emotionally draining for the Ram, too much Water dampening Aries' enthusiasm. Conversely, too much Fire can boil the Water away and leave Pisces emotionally bare. Aries and Pisces must negotiate to ensure their balance is maintained.

Aries is a Cardinal Sign and Pisces is a Mutable Sign. Unlike Aries, Pisces doesn't need to be the leader or the boss; when they are given a project and a way to help out, they enjoy lending a hand. They get their greatest joy from helping others. Aries, on the other hand, is the one who comes up with the ideas in the first place and assigns roles to the other participants. Different aptitudes and interests help Aries and Pisces work on the same project and achieve a positive end.

The best aspect of the Aries-Pisces relationship is that they really have a lot to learn from each other. Pisces shows Aries how to empathize and care; Aries teaches Pisces how to make dreams happen rather than just thinking about it! The ability to each provide what the other needs makes theirs a truly reciprocal relationship.

And that's the BEST one. That they're not from the same opera at all..

Well, despite what you say - we had a great relationship when we were together - and we will have a great relationship when we get back together too. I have my faith and thats all that matters to me

IMHO you're the only one who thinks that relationship was great, because you always had the upper hand. I'm sure she was less than happy to be dominated.

Ok. this is where I have to draw the line - you have crossed from being opiniative to assuming things -- Keep it up and I am going to have you reported - I am not here to pick any fights.

First - wtf does IMHO mean ?

Second - Everyone I know thinks that relationship was great - all my friends, family, and her family want us to get back together.

Third - no one had the upper hand - we were equals - neither one of us 'dominated' the other ever.

well billy, i think you need to make sure you would want the kids to stay here for them...don't do it to try to keep her here...talk to her about it and tell her you don't feel comforatable about the idea that they will be with some guy you don't even know that just got out of jail...but make sure it's a calm conversation...try to make her really understand...if she's such a good friend then she should be understanding about it...they are your kids to and she needs to remember that...and i'm really sorry to say this but it sounds to me like she is not interested in anything more than a friendship with you...and you need to look at it that way...don't be expecting more...move on with your life...and if by some chance things do change between you guys then good for you...but don't base your decisions on the thought that it might happen...i hope i didn't upset you at all with my opinions...i wish you the best of luck!
It is better to have a handful of true close friends than to have a million fake so-called friends
