    Black pudding

    "Black pudding, blood sausage or blood pudding is a sausage made by cooking animal blood with meat, fat or other filler until it is thick enough to congeal when cooled. In the West, pig or cattle blood is most often used, sheep and goat blood are used to a lesser extent, while blood from poultry is very seldom used.

    Which piece of slop is the blood pudding? The only thing that looks fit for eating on that plate are the mushrooms. (Are those mushrooms?)

    Very nice, what is that? Looks healthy. By the way, I haven't had a good ole English brekkie since I kicked into the whole "healthy" eating scheme, so no heart attacks for me. Sorry to disappoint.

    Toasted bagel, cream cheese, sliced tomato, and I *think* that is basil. Salt and pepper, too. Yummy.

    I don't know about all that other stuff, but this right here, is what I call a good breakfast meat.



    For those of you that don't know, (which I'm sure is probably most) this is scrapple, and it's damn good. Many people eat it on a sandwich, or with eggs and pancakes, etc. You can also eat it just plain, with syrup on it, or whatever. It's great no matter what.
