I don't really understand what's so gross about blood and uterus bits.. it's perfectly natural. Maybe a bit messy and not the best time to do it, but still.. it's not like it's constantly flowing out either - it's roughly 2 to 4 tablespoons over the course of 4 to 8 days. So if you go down on a girl for a few minutes in that time, it's pretty insignificant. Pull yourselves together, guys! Don't you know orgasms are a great reliever of cramps?
