It isn't easy, and it does feel like it's killing us. It won't though. Something in your brain will click and you'll figure out the magic formula for you to get over her. So far it's not been any of the things your doing, so try something else.

I've been there where you are now (and not really so long ago), feeling like I'm having to start all over again. But I realized it's a learning experience. And don't look at it as your starting all over. I know the pain is there, but it will get better.

There's a thread you need to read. I should have looked at it before this post to get the name. But the guy (can't even remember his name on here...doh) came back and gave an update from how he was two years ago. He's so happy now and it is really an inspiring post.

That thread is called "I'm don't know what to do, can you all help me" It's by Paco2244 Go read it. You'll see how he's so much better now. Most of us always feel like such idiots once we look back on the situation and wonder why it hurt so much. I bet in two years (actually a LOT sooner than that), you'll also be able to post an update like that.

Today at college I got the impression I was the bad guy in all this, people avoided me, I felt really unwelcome amoung my friends... It's probally because the guy she's seeing is one of the "popular kids."

I've met other girls recently that have been interested.. and yeah they are nice girls.

But I always compare them to her.. I just remember the good times we had and I loose interest in the other girls

Oh tell me about it! I do that all the time. I had a GF that ticked all the boxs except 1....I couldn't trust her

Everyone I met afterwards was compared and I didnt stop until someone better came along
