friends hooking him up

Hi everyone! I have another issue (sort of.)

My man and I broke up for a few days. He called me tonight and told me that he don't think he can cheat on me. He said because his boys was trying to hook him up with a girl... Although, he said yes he'll meet up with her at first, he didn't go.

I don't know if that is the whole truth, but I'm a little angry. i cant tell him I'm angry, cause I want him to be honest, and able to tell me things.

I did asked him "how come your friends' don't know if you're in a relationship" he said he's not really close with those friends, so they don't know.

Anyway, I don't know what to say or do about the situation.

Should I let it go?

Is this some sort of Junior High joke, where you guys pretend to be adults and pretend to have a grown up relationship?

Oh wait, adults and grown ups don't do that sort of middle-school bullshit. Be sure to let us know when you and your boyfriend get back together and then breakup and get back together and then breakup and.....my head hurts.

I suppose the notion of "Breaking up" doesn't really mean anything to you guys. I'm also willing to bet you guys were saying "I love you" within the first couple of weeks too, right?

yeah, that "broke up for a few days" thing caught me off guard too. if your relationship is that flimsy then you should just be happy that he's being honest with you.
