apparantely it depends on a lot of things, ranging from temperature, humidity levels, altitude, direction of wind TO the position of the moon, tides and other planetary alignments! ...

I guess it has to be in the right place; in my experience it is only rarely good when it's just out of the blue and separated... it is more effective and meaningful when it is heartfelt and she knows you are not just honry, but that you really want her to feel good and show you care... ultimately let HER guide you
