Okay, when I say "enhancement" I am specifically referring to Jelq and PC muscle exercises. (Wiki both of those if you don't know what I'm talking about)
Now, I've heard from several people that it's healthy, and I've also heard from several people that it's rather unhealthy. This applies to both.
Can anybody fill me in? I am looking for replies from everyone, but specifically guys in posession of experience with these exercises.

P.S.-I'm not looking for "be happy with what you have" replies. This is more of a learning thing that anything else.
