I really like this idea. You have to read that it does NOT damage the guy at all, it just stays on him indefinitely until he gets it removed surgically. funny you brought this up. right about the time you started this thread, i met a south african guy who told me about it.
was it invented at that time, or why is this?
anyway, he was really troubled that it was in his home country the thing had been invented, because it meant that it's really needed there, and what does this say about south africa etc.
anyway, i think the best thing about that anti rape device is that the guy has to go to a hospital to have it removed (at least, that's what the south african told me), which means everybody will know what he's been up to, and he'll get what he deserves. so this might really work at least a little way towards the purpose.

Wouldn't that make rapist stay "inside" and effectively not allow the woman to escape, thus leaving her at the madman's mercy? Do the latex barbs have a chance to latch on to woman's insides if she moves too much? Well, it's an interesting idea non the less I must admit
