Werid bump

Yeah, I scratching my back this morning and yelled. Something I touched on my spine (around the middle of the spine) and it really hurt. It's a bump of some sort and hurts to touch.

Anyone have any idea what this is?

It's like inside my back. Someone just felt the bump thing and it's not a zit or at least they never felt it. My buddy used some big word and said he had something like that on his arm.
