She admitted that it's very difficult for her to open up emotionally or share any level of intimacy for fear of being hurt. She said she is aware of this as a problem that caused her grief in the past and it's better for her this way.

Another person who uses previous experience as an excuse to close herself off to love. Its even worse that she is aware that it is a problem, because she still thinks its OK not to do anything about it.

I think this is more due to her Inexperience Mini. She never really was in a relationship, from what she has told me so she finds this experience of opening up and sharing feelings with another person as strange, bizarre and out of the ordinary. All in all, being such a private person, I think opening up or even talking about feelings scares her. I think this is why it is once again important to have relationship experience when growing up, because in later years the mind finds it harder to accept certain realities, aspects to life and has lesser capacity for learning. A person stuck with this inexperience will have more chances of developing an emotional disorder in my opinion. It's like, try teaching periodic table to someone who dropped out of school at the age of 13 and is now 30.

I just have to say even if she is inexperienced when it comes to dating, she should still be able to open up about feelings. Most people grow up having close friends or family members to talk to about things.
