One of the things sex and its topic does is it put our homones in flux. Bad enough that it messes up adults who are post-adolescent, but it is even worse for those whose hormones are still stabilizing.

90% of the "sex game" is realizing the effect sex has on your rational thought. Be responsible about it (Bcontrol, safe sex, etc) then choose to let go. This is what it means to be adult.
