This is an exercise I got off a board I'm on about penis health lol. The PC muscle is the thing that makes you stop peeing (if you're holding it in, feel where the tension is)
A good way to test the condition it is in is to try pissing (prefereably while in the shower so you don't make a mess) and squeeze that muscle (just like with your but or whatever, you don't use you hands... noobs) If you can stop pissing after you've started, then you can try this exercise. A fast squeeze is like half a second. I don't do the pyramids yet and most of the 3 second squeezes I only do 10 of or 15. This is really hard but it'll train your shit so you can hold your load.

25 3-second squeezes (make sure your squeezing as hard as you can)
25 fast squeezes
25 3-second squeezes
15 3-stage 2-second pyramids (squeeze a little, then medium, then hard as you can, then relax a little, little more, then fully relax, total rep = 10-12 seconds)
15 3-second squeezes
25 Reverse squeezes (This I just discovered recently, its like a PC flex yet its a different part of the PC I beleive, you remember when you first discoverd the PC, by making the urine stop, well this is the oppisite, next time you are taking a piss try to push the urine through faster, I know you know what I mean, now do it without peeing, your abs should shift a little bit while you do it)
10 3-stage 2-second pyramids
25 Reverse squeezes
15 fast squeezes
10 Squeeze and holds (Squeeze the PC as hard as you can, and as long as you can)
