I no longer have guilty pleasures. Just pleasures. And guilt...now and again; but less so as time passes.

As a gamer I'm pretty damn good at vegging.

Hell, I just vegged 3 hours of my life playin' Halo 2 with friends.

3 hours and you consider yourself a gamer?
    Don't expect anything.

Okay, got one. It's dumb. Sometimes, I ask myself, "Why the hell are you watching TV so damned much?" I've been known to spend an ENTIRE day and evening doing NOTHING but surfing channels, getting up off the couch only to go to the john or to grab a snack out of the refrigerator.

yes halo 2 is the ultimated guilty pleasure

everytime, i ask myself why i waste my life on this thing.

I sometimes wonder how many hours i spent on it. You can check how many games you played, and i have over 500 ranked games played, at around 10 minutes each. So, thats 5000 minutes = more than 80 hours wasted on this stupid game. Im willing to guess its double that.

I keep telling myself, as soon as i reach level 30 im gonna quit, but i cant seem to get it.

    Fras, what level are you?

no im not depressed, this is over the course of 8 months. The game is addicting. Its a lot of fun, actually. My friends are on there, and its somewhat of a social atmosphere. Its not the typical game where you dont interact with people. You have a headset, also, you have a group of friends that you normally play with.

Nah, its nothing like that. The guilty part is spending the money on them. I love new books and I often borrow money from my parents to buy them. lol. I should be hiding from the bookstore, but I love it to much!

I used to wake up at 11AM and play Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind 'till 9PM.

Those were days when I had absolutely nothing to do.

    Now I work.

    Need I say more?
