Meaning behind text message?

So this girl I’ve been talking to and hanging out with a lot texted me last night just to talk so we texted for a little while and then after the conversation died down she said “anyways good night [my name]”

Then I said something like “yeah good night [her name] and good luck on your test tomorrow” then she wished me luck on my test as well and then she said “see you tomorrow. love ya”

Do you think she likes me as just a friend or something more? It’s kinda hard to tell. Is “love ya” not as meaningful as “love you?”

i dont really know the meaning of her '' love ya'', but i can guess she might have something bit more on you because of that word '' love''. Actually, if a girl dont have feeling or just treat u as friend, they wouldnt use that kind of sensitive word to a boy, unless she is special type that always flirts the others by saying sweet words. Keep it up, that girl will be yours if everything goes smooth.

I honestly wouldn't undertsnad why someone would say something like that if they didn't mean it, at least partially. Love you and love ya are slightly different in terms or tone. Maybe she just feels more comfortable around you and chooses the more casual toned love ya.
