So this girl I’ve been talking to and hanging out with a lot texted me last night just to talk so we texted for a little while and then after the conversation died down she said “anyways good night [my name]”

Then I said something like “yeah good night [her name] and good luck on your test tomorrow” then she wished me luck on my test as well and then she said “see you tomorrow. love ya”

Do you think she likes me as just a friend or something more? It’s kinda hard to tell

I tell friends love ya, or love u, all the time and it isn't anything romantic on my part. If you want something to be there, ask her out.

...You are essentially asking us to be mind-readers right now. LOL! I'm not meaning to be rude, I'm just teasing. My point, though, is that little bit of text isn't enough for us to know any more than it was enough for you to know. Some people with use the L word with friends, some don't. We can't know which is the case here.

If you want to maybe date her, then ask her out on a date and see how it goes from there.

As a woman, her easily saying "love ya" in a text shows she thinks of you as a friend and not a romantic interest.
