Eh... falsish, I guess. To be honest, I don't start listening to them myself until after Thanksgiving. So, I'm frankly not aware of if/when they do start being played. To me, too much earlier than that WOULD be too early, but I'm not aware if any stations do start playing them before that.

True, but very sparingly. These days I am in an apartment, so there really isn't much I CAN do outside. However, I do happen to have a little "Merry Christmas" sign with Santa on it that I put on my door. Were I in a house instead, I'd probably do A LITTLE outside decorating like maybe some inflatables or those light up Rudolph thingies or something like that, but not much. To me, you only have it up for about a month so I wouldn't want to go to a TON of trouble only to have to then take it all back down. So, I do a little but keep it relatively simple.

I would go with falsish. I LOVE this time of year.... but I wouldn't necessarily say any particular time of year is when I am happiest over another. For me, happiness has often been a rare commodity in my life. In the past, it often seemed to sort of come in waves. Sometimes I'd be happy, sometimes not so much. So, though I love and enjoy the holidays, if I was unhappy in general at the time, it didn't change that. Sure, I'd be happy and excited about the holidays, but it wouldn't change the fact that I was still miserable for other reasons..... or already happy at the time anyway.

True, kinda. I wouldn't really call it an event per se. However, my older brother and I both live on our own in our own apartments now. (On a side note: Coincidentally, we actually live in the same apartment complex, but each in our own apartments. We didn't move out at the same time, but we both wound up moving into the same complex.) Over the past few years, we've always gone over to my parents' house on Christmas Eve and spent the night so we could share Christmas morning with our family just like we always did in the past.

If/when my brothers or I have a family of our own we probably would no longer do that since we'd share Christmas morning with them, but for now while we are all still otherwise unattached, we do that to be able to share Christmas morning together.

On a side note, thank you [MENTION=77017]lovebroken[/MENTION] Belated, Merry Christmas to you and yours. Just hop in your time machine and tell before Christmas you I said that.
