I think people are wasting sexual energy too. I never have sex If I dont plan it ahead. Think that it should have purpose too and not just for pure pleasure. Today is 211 days for me without masturbation or orgasm.

when i have sex i have the "intention" of enjoyment. is energy well spent wheather alone or in group. also best stress reliever i know of.
