Mood swings or is it my problem?

I dont understand female mood swings either. I always have a logical reason behind the way I feel and what my mood is.

You boys are lucky! If you think it is hard to figure us out, just try to imagine living with this craziness going on in your body! We can't figure it out, either.

I am a moody person and yes sometime the PMS just drives me nuts and so I drive my hubby nuts. I also feel moodiness is a persanality trait different with every individual person.
